What if, hear me out, what if, flats and high density building are only allowed to be owned by the government and managed as social housing - and only rent it out at a % of median income, whilst houses ownership is allowed to everyone for regular houses but like, you can't rent it out.

So I've recently found out about the whole situation at the north pole. Get this, elves recently unionised and organised a peaceful protest against poor working conditions, and Santa hired the pinkertons (they're still around?) to squash the protest. It did not end well for the elves.

Went to see #NowYouSeeMe now you don't yesterday and my biggest takeaway was that, had Luigi used more theatrics, more magic and a sprinkle of showmanship, he would have gotten away with it.
