I'm interested if anyone else with POTS has a problem an unstable diastolic?
I've tried searching the internet and the POTS subreddit has been helpful but when it comes to trusted medical webpages discussing blood pressure, there seems to be more focus on systolic and not much info on diastolic.

My best friend once referenced this ‘90s desk toy when describing POTS and now it’s how I conceptualize my body. I am beholden to gravity. I must get flat or the viscous blue fluid won’t reach my brain.
