It's wild how bad the support experience for Apple is if you don't have a working phone. Even with Apple Care, two hour-long trips to the Apple store, an online support request, and multiple phone calls, it's been a week with no phone and no path to resolution. Massive #servicedesign failure.

It's really exciting to see Bluesky's recent growth. I'm out here thinking about making social media better (intentionally-designed digital public spaces, plural) and supporting the worlds of #civictech #publicinteresttech (gov digital services, humane tech, etc.) And...this feels so validating.
