I use butter and olive oil for my cooking, but this still seems completely wrong... I just checked the list of ingredients for an OMA margarine.. 10 ingredients in total, of which 4 are oils, water and salt, 2 are vitamins, 1 is an aroma, and the rest are emulsifiers.
