A teenage male always referred to all girls as "ho's". Asked what his definition of them as ho's meant, the reply was along the vein of lying, cheating, lazy, vain, etc. Asked if that meant he wasn't evetually going to marry, he said, "No, the girl I marry won't be a ho because she's married to me"

But no one will.
The people in power will do nothing to make sure of competence.
And the people not in power cannot do anything.

"Should"s don't matter at all. He's not going to resign, and who is going to fire him?
Too bad for us that we have no way to get the people responsible for this out of power.

Who is going to hold anyone responsible for this?

Not a damn consequence will the person responsible face, except to be told not to do it again.
So . . . our security will continue to be compromised.
And eventually people will be killed because of some breach.
