Thank you Brea Gallery for putting on a fantastic exhibition. Their team is genuinely the sweetest and I feel grateful to be taken care of by them. On top of that, they awarded my piece, 𝘿𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙛 𝙒𝙖𝙧, 2nd place for the 40th Annual 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒂 Juried Exhibition.

These are the first two of many. 𝕸𝖔𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖎𝖓𝖌 𝕱𝖑𝖔𝖜𝖊𝖗𝖘 reflects my emotions going into 2025, a year overshadowed by looming fears of doomsday and the immense loss of life. I’m hoping to learn how to cope by using my voice as an artist.

IVF was part of a gallery installation hosted by the California State University Fresno Women’s Alliance for the month of December 2025. It was an amazing event!

This painting has taken me the longest to get through. It’s gone through three different stages in the last year and all three stages I wanted push this piece further.

Hopefully I love this stage enough to let it be.

This might be one of my favorites because of its strong visual impact. If I could get every artwork I make to have the same quality as this one, I’d be a happy artist.

Just an artist that spent the last year screaming into the void about my fears for the next few years. Angel Lesnikowski, multi media artist from California. My work is ultimately about my fear of dying. If my community dies, I die, so I need to work with my community. Thats why I joined this app 🖤.
