It's about the balance of the US House. WI's US congress districts are terribly gerrymandered. 6/8 districts have Rep congresspeople, tho we have a Dem governor, AG, and one Dem senator. The maps stink to high heaven--the WI supreme court can overturn the maps & shift the balance of entire Congress.
