Super important to test your honey with a tool called a Refractometer. Want a moisture content below 18% to avoid fermentation of honey. Using a refractometer allows beekeepers to ensure their honey is ready to harvest,safe to store,& sell.
Tested the girl’s honey today which is at 16.5%, perfect👌🏼

Last year I replaced the front lawn with a wildflower meadow. The first blanket of flowers for the season. Violets as far as the eye can see 💜 It was gorgeous last season, excited to see what it looks this season, as all the perennials have had time to establish themselves. #spring #garden #violets
