I found my missing mini cupcake pan! I am now able to resume the baking of mini cupcakes in red velvet and Funfetti (yes, I bought the real Funfetti Cake mix by Pillsbury!)
I don't need to buy another mini cupcake tin for my mini cupcakes.
In other news, we got big potatoes this time around! Yay!

Another Sunday, another day of helping my parents prepare for the week ahead at their jobs.
As far as things are going, I have to live with another week of appointments. One for my nerve implants and the other is a counselor meeting for employment.

So, I submitted my revised resume to a job that fit my credentials and I found it paid a little more than minimum wage in my area (although we have a very high minimum wage as far as NJ is concerned)
As for the other two positions offered to me, I was underqualified for one and the other wasn't me.

My appointment with my counselor... was rescheduled for Friday, as she was busy and out of office. She being half an hour late... well... it's definitely not a good sign in terms of what could be.

I'm 38 and have been greying since my early 30s. At least my hair growing in is looking cool.

What a day, I baked, I received a delivery of water and robes, I cooked, did the dishes, even did a calculation of the cost of Japanese optical disc media with licensed content.

I had to pay $12 for ginger ale and teriyaki sauce. So my $150 is down to $138. I was saving up money for eyeglasses... I am nearsighted.

Well, I am still working on getting the old year out the door. With the terrible news reports, the end of Super Sentai (thanks, Chris Cox...NOT!) and the overall looming fear of having to move out with my parents, well, 2025 sucked.

The only comfort I am taking in is the fact I received $150 in cash, which may come in handy some day soon. You never know when "life happens" and you need to pay for something.
