from Bare's perspective, taking place shortly after Hara falls asleep at his pod.
Bare slept as well as she could through the night; flashes of color and memories still danced in her mind, causing the Saiyan to toss and turn. Her hands tugged at her pelt as she tossed and turned in her friend's bed, beads of sweat building on her forehead as the deep blue color she saw grow brighter and brighter... With a jolt, feeling her ki send a shock down her spine, she sat upright again... Heavy breaths, one hand gripping her hair as the other tugged at her armor. Fear? A nightmare? She looked at her scarred hands as they shook... What was this feeling? The overwhelming power... Bare shook her head, trying to push those thoughts down as her cyan eyes scanned her friend's room. She whined quietly as she noticed Hara was nowhere to be found, as were the Yardrat Elder and the Namekian she saw earlier in the day. The Saiyan sighed, throwing her legs over the side of the bed and standing up with a large stretch before heading outside. The cold air hit her cheek, and Bare took a deep breath. She stood there for who knows how long... Before finally beginning to stretch; leaning on her legs as far as they can go, reaching up to the sky and taking a deep breath before rolling her shoulders and letting her arms fall back to her side. She tapped the metal tips of her boots gently against the ground a few times before focusing and using her ki to lift herself off the ground. Slowly, carefully, and with concentrated breaths she began to fly in small circles once she reached a suitable height. The Saiyan let a small smile cross her face before taking in her surroundings. The Planet Yardrat had a certain...calm, and peace to it. Bare let the winds carry her onward, her eyes scanning the planet's surface as she flew with no destination. As the Saiyan looked forward, her heart skipped a beat as a crater came into view. Feeling her ki slip momentarily, she narrowly avoided crashing back onto the planet's surface. Bare gently landed herself at the edge of the crater, one foot after the other as she stared at her pod. Memories once again flashed in her head as her legs carried her forward... Scarred hands traced themselves along the outside of the pod, her heart sinking as she looked inside. Dents, scratches, scorch marks from excess ki... The Saiyan's vision blurred with tears momentarily, the warrior blinking them away as she focused now on a metal collar that was hung on the inside. Speechlessly, and as her hands shook, she reached towards it and wrapped her fingers around it. Bare fell to her knees, her mind racing now as she pondered the collar's purpose. Why was it in her pod? Whoever put her in it, what did they know that she didn't? What were these marks? The Saiyan's head began to hurt, her body grew hot, and she dropped the collar at once as her fingers wove between strands of hair. Tugging, gripping, as she felt her ki building, overflowing... Her breathing quickened as she tried to reign it in, feeling every muscle in her body bulge and tense up while she groaned in pain. The cyan glow of her energy surrounding her body gently lit the area around her as the ends of her hair slowly spiked upwards...
