I have it written down at home, it was “checker+process+angelblack@gmail.com” iirc and I told Twitter support that but I think it was because I waited too long to contact them

Unfortunately by the time I contacted Twitter support, they couldn’t verify that I was the owner because they had me change the email address

I changed the username and I also removed the authentication codes for my old accounts, my private account I’m letting go, I needed to get rid of it anyway.

The scammers made me change it so they could steal it, here’s the new one

Now they are threatening to delete my accounts…
