My favorite Trump 'success' is the Trump Plaza Casino that only survived a little longer than the average home mortgage before it was demolished. I'd be worried if I lived in any of the other properties that he built.

It took a combination of factors to get here. It wasn't going to happen while the WWII generation was still robust. Between them dying off and the technology to spread propaganda taking off, it was a perfect storm.
