If acrylic through the washer and dryer with the rest of the laundry because that's how the kids do laundry. Like I said if it survived the kids then its good to go. Specialty yarns I will hand wash.

It may be because of the pope's ancestry, his maternal grandparents, both of whom are described as Creole Black or mulatto in various historical records, lived in the city's Seventh Ward, is traditionally Catholic and a melting pot of people with African, Caribbean and European cultural roots.

I used to buy one skein of a yarn to try it out by making a hat. Give it to one of my kids to wear then check it for wear and tear or pilling in a couple of day. If it survived my kids it was a good yarn. :)

Gurl this fine man would've had us young girls just turning our heads in a complete circle to watch him go by! Lawd if he had a Cadillac with white walls 'that had a diamond in the back, sun roof top and digging the scene in a gangsta leen' If you're close to my age you sang that last part!

Love this! I have the plastic hat wire but have not tried using it yet. I have done tighter end rows on my hats but, the tension on this hat may be too loose to try that. You making me want to experiment now. :)

Yes I do see the stitches as I'm making them. Knooking is actually knitting just using a hook and the carry thread is replacing the second needle.

I'm sorry I meant type gropability which you may not find either because that is a word I made up about 20 maybe 30 years ago to describe anything that is so lusciously soft that it needs to be groped continuously to satisfy my love for soft squishyness. 😜

For younger trendier ones this, long coats, hats and crop jackets done this way are stylish. To each his own. We don't all have the same tastes, so to each his own. In my home lives my daughter her family with kids ranging 6 to teens. I made the crop hooded jackets for my teen grand daughters.
