Only recently discovered that the dad who adopted me had similar start to life whilst my birth father I met a year ago claims no sense of connection; expected me to be grateful to be alive. People have no idea.

Not even funny. As an adopted person in 50s currently fighting to get my adoption certificate recognised as a birth certificate so I can actually get the #maltese passport I’m entitled to like every other Maltese citizen. Do better.
