2/2 the Supreme Court also said that he was never convicted of being in a gang, that he has no criminal record in this country or in El Salvador, and that this administration never even attempted to try to prove he was in a gang. Did you read that? This administration never even bothered to try.

Show me. Where’s the proof? Because I’ve actually read the court filings, and the Supreme Court said in their ruling, 9-0 ruling to bring Abrego Garcia back because there was no due process for him.
