My life has changed so much in the last 3 years, returned to girlguiding and introduced to parkrun. So grateful to be part of both communities.

Volunteer at junior parkrun tomorrow, and back to my proper parkrun next Saturday after a few weeks off due to illness and other things going on. I'm 12 events off my 100 and 5 events off my 50 volunteer.

Today at parkrun, no headphones on. No music or couch to 5k guidance. I decided when to walk and when to jog. Came in at 14 seconds faster than last week. An improvement. I'm v happy.
