I understand that and respect the law and voting requirements. I missed out on the most basic human right. I was too young to vote in the uk and now to be honest I wouldn’t qualify for citizenship because as a result of work related illness I’m now disabled. So I’ve never voted. It’s a bit sad.

I was told I couldn’t be a party member unless I was a citizen. I’m a permanent resident and therefore don’t have an opinion.
