Absolutely. I was at the passport office for my upcoming NL & UK trip and someone sat next to me and started coughing and sniffling. Now I have a nasty flu.

I've never used Uber Eats but I tried Skip the Dishes once. They took my order, I waited an hour, and then they canceled, stating the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant, and they were still open and serving. They wouldn't refund my money as I didn't want a credit. My bank fixed it.
