The Supreme Court is failing and corrupt. There is an excessive use of the shadow docket, & rulings tend to favor Trump, granting him unconstitutional powers. When Democrats have the power to do so, they should add more justices to redress this egregious imbalance.

I have a profound sense of foreboding. I fear that America reached its peak 20 years ago. Our democracy is crumbling, & economically, we are losing out to the Chinese. The America experiment is in inexorable decline & our presence in the world will never be the same again.
