Finding people in this world who refuse to be dragged into poor behaviour, arguments & gossip is important to staying happy & keeping your vibration raised. It is important to positive even when addressing negative issues. Being a rude troll & never focusing on wonderful aspects of people is lame.

Sometimes when we are going thru hard times it is difficult to see the other side of the trials life heaps on us. But you need to do all the healthy things life asks you to do anyway. If you need help ask for it. Try a little harder to find your inner light & fortitude. You got this! Life is great.
