More like they bought it, intending to destroy it.

You wouldn't know it, with so many Democrats voting with Republicans to erase transgender health care this week.

Every Republican law that passes with even a little Democrat support should earn another look by Mr. David Hogg until our nation's leaders follow our fucking laws.

Since so many people expressed interest, that case was called Timbs vs. Indiana.

Nuanced issues though, and I will add that the court didn't outright strike down the use of forfeiture and later rulings did trend the opposite way (Marshall). But it's the best case we have on this issue for now.

You voted yes on the NDAA. You're a piece of shit. Gillibrand too.

Real New Yorkers are fucking ashamed of you. You had brief control and ceded it, expedited passage, and sacrificed transgender rights - because you're too fucking cowardly to support them.

I hope David Hogg destroys you both.

All of it. CNN finding out it's not the play these idiots think it is.

OMG these are amazing. I still have the CD case for MW2, not sure if the poster survived.

They don't need to have a backup theory because they will never do anything more than dismantle. Never fix, because they do not know how, nor do they vote for people who even propose anything good for regular folk. For them citizens will be whoever sucks them off hard enough - and for long enough

Why the sarcasm? They love what he is doing. Lil Marco would happily serve as the stilts in Donald's shoes and Rafael would fluff him for a scene with his own wife.

Don't make any of them out to be anything less than the evil and twisted creatures that they are.

Who argued? Try again NPR, Daddy Trump already trying to defend you. There is no reason to invent facts.

Try being the investigative reporters you all think that you are. The rest of the replies here can help you with your tepid, vacuous phrasing.

!!! Ty again!
April 26, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Very cool. Ty! I vaguely remember someone working on a co-op mod...I gotta check in on that.
April 26, 2025 at 8:19 PM
Imagine how fucked up you have to be, as a predator priest, with the strong exposure (at least) with moral and ethical dilemmas.

Are they asking God for forgiveness mid diddle? FFS I have a tough time if the wrong commercial comes during a consensual!!! moment. Truly fucked how they can do it.
April 26, 2025 at 8:18 PM
That looks super cool. I haven't played AC since around the first or second month after release.

Is the mod scene cool now?
April 26, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Nobody is entitled to your forgiveness. If the family members do not earn it, that's on them.
April 26, 2025 at 7:51 PM
Ironically, there was a similar case only a few years ago involving an $80k truck of some kind. Supreme Court overturned the confiscation under the 8th amendment because the value was wildly out of touch with the other punishments available under law. Hopefully the same will hold true here.

I wouldn't mind if everyone had to link up their identification also. I don't know if you've ever read Ender's Game - not the movie - the way that world's Internet was described was cool as shit. Essentially, international forums where people discussed all relevant topics of the day - linked to ID.

I appreciate what posting those words means, but I'm going to encourage you to delete the personal info. Too many people that would eagerly dox either one of us. But thank you for the kind words.

If you're up for it, I'll send you a more interesting non-Trump, but legal, topic for discussion via PM
April 26, 2025 at 1:13 PM
I appreciate the discussion also. I do genuinely hope this platform is better for actual conversation than Twitter was. The left would judge me for some of my positions, but in fairness to them, I dobelieve those issues are in legitimate need of reform. But I don't always agree on the proposed means

Mitch McConnell and the GOP killed compromise in how they handled the supreme court nominations. If I meet a good faith person I can engage with them, but certainly don't expect compromise from me.

I'm not stupid - I've seen how Republicans weaponize it.
April 26, 2025 at 12:53 PM
When I left twitter I promised myself I would try to tone myself down a bit, which also includes engaging with people that are genuinely talking. I don't honestly believe it's possible with everyone; it was plenty of malice the other way when Obama and Biden were in. I think you are an exception.
April 26, 2025 at 12:48 PM
That's the duty of Marshalls section. That section specifies who should be executing the order of deportation. It's right there, in the title, and then words 42-48 "provide therefore and execute SUCH ORDER."

This is the Act making clear who needs to be doing what, not how the act may be invoked.
April 26, 2025 at 12:44 PM
In sum, why does such a self-professed strong man leader need so much help to do his job that he can't follow nearly a single law down the actual wording of said law?

It's always hate. Even if you yourself don't see it. But you are supporting it all the same.
April 26, 2025 at 12:37 PM
following the law. I expect my government to follow the law. I can't even accept a cup of coffee from a deli but this guy is pump and dumping crypto, soliciting foreign actors to interfere with our elections (Russia ever find those emails???), arresting judges, it print court orders...

deporting people that, when there is a two year old THAT DOESN'T EVEN GET PROVIDED A LAWYER, means there's system injustice going on here that ripples through the entire process. It's all tainted. For what? He didn't need to do any of this. Past presidents have deported huge sums of people while...
