Here’s what I’m gonna be reading during my breaks and with my morning coffee. It feels illegal for me to not be reading a dark academia book set at my uni. So off I go.

So my vocal instructor let me know apparently I’m a dramatic soprano (news to me, everyone kept giving me mezzo things before the last 2 years) and I was curious how high I could comfortably get before warming up. So this is also fun to know.

Time to go find some dramatic soprano songs to learn.

My rules for building a library when I have a chance to meet the author are simple: one blank (unsigned) version for reading, one signed for me specifically, and one signed without personalization.

This isn’t always allowed of course, but I was lucky and this author was incredibly lovely!
