A document under the name of Urbanahade: Hadal Division. The document’s title is on the subject of the Bone-crunching Sea-slug. The document reads: “Z-404, Codename: “Bonecrunching Seaslug”, are unproportionally sized slugs, with their most notable change in feature being a human-esque mouth at the head of it. Outside of this, Z-404 instances have very few anatomical differences from a regular land-baring snail (in exclusion for, of course, it’s size). Currently, the Blacksite houses (a redacted number) instances of Z-404, with this number increasing commonly as more “colonies” are found in the abysses of the Let-Vand Zone. The cavity that leads to Z-404’s teeth and throat is jagged and asymmetrical, suggesting that it may not be a natural formation. Z-404 instances, like other slugs, are hermaphrodites, though as of this document’s officiation, no Z-404 instances have attempted mating, nor any desire to, despite possessing the anatomical capabilities. It’s unknown if reproduction is simply rare for these species (perhaps, prioritizing a K-selected species’ traits, despite normal slugs being classified as R-selected), or if they reproduce at all.” The image shown to the left of the text is an artistic rendition of the Sea slug, positioned next to a graphic of the average ROBLOX avatar’s height. The slug towers above the avatar, donning a white underbelly, white spots surrounding this underbelly, and darkened bulbs, almost appearing as pimples, on its back. The document is continued, and reads as follows: “The most puzzling information about this species is their capability to breathe underwater—an ability that land slugs do not possess. While further testing would be required to figure this out, it’s suggested that Z-404 instances contain a gill-like organ connected to their pneumostome, in replacement of the vascularized cavity. For this reason, any containment of Z-404 instances must be held in water chambers. Instances can survive for hours without oxygen, but will eventually die. Z-404 instances are most commonly found burrowed underground, with all of their body submerged, with the exclusion of their antennas, of which they leave exposed above the ground. This state acts both as a resting state and a hunting mode for these creatures, as they will remain extremely still. Z-404 instances are capable of burrowing in many locations, and have been seen burrowing through solid rock to find spots to nest.” The document continues, and reads as follows: “Z-404 instances can stay dormant for long periods of time, but rarely do, as—similar to a Venus flytrap—their antennas are extremely touch-sensitive, and react to stimuli. In the event that something substantial enough stimulates an antenna, the Z-404 instance will jut out of its position in an attempt to catch whatever may be causing the stimuli in its mouth. Due to the instances’ incredible bite power, this usually results in the instantaneous death of any living creature that may be present.” An image is attached, with a caption beneath it. The caption reads: “A sketch provided by Mx. (name redacted from document), of multiple physical variations of Z-404 instances. All sketches are based on currently or previously contained instances.” Three artistic depictions of these slugs can be shown in the graphic, with there being multiple notes scattered across the sketchbook. The first instance on the far left is dark brown, and appears to have some sort of bumpy texture on its back. To the left of its head, a note & arrow reads, “very similar to many land slugs!” The second, middle instance shows as vibrant yellow, with a tan & bumpy underbelly. To the top right of its head, a note & arrow reads, “very vibrant”. The far right instance has no specific notes for it, and appears completely black in color, causing it to have a shiny, glossy appearance to its skin. At the bottom right of the sketchbook, a general note reads, underlined, “pnuemostome (is) most common on the right”. The document continues, and reads as follows: “Z-404 instances have been discovered in abundance in the abyss of the Let-Vand Zone, with substantial amounts appearing in the open waters between facility airlocks. This causes a clear issue for personnel working out there, and has led to a handful of casualties. Movement with the facility’s Trenchbleeders also seems to disrupt them, which has led colonies of Z-404 to attack the lower legs of the Trenchbleeders during routine pathing through. Until a more permanent solution can be found to deal with the abundance in Z-404 population, Trenchbleeder utilization will have to slow down to minimize the amount of repairs. In rare occasions, Z-404 instances have been spotted resting within the floor of the Blacksite itself, supposedly by means of digging through the ocean floor until contact is made. In the event that you spot a nesting Z-404 instance in the facility, avoid it and call security to set up precautions. These instances need water to breathe, and will vacate their location after a number of hours.” At the bottom of the document, a disclaimer reads “If these documents are to be shown to unauthorized personnel, you’ll be put up for demotion, and any cover-up fees will be sent to your relatives.” To the right of this warning, the Urbanshade logo is displayed.
