His argument is rubbish, yes scientific understanding does develop, but we have to be guided where there is consensus amongst the experts ; as such there is no rational alternative stance.

Come back when the experts have a new consensus.

Good article; also you can’t fudge murder stats and they’re currently running at just over 100 per year in greater London, 25 years ago, or so, they were at c200 per year.

Naomi Klein’s book Doppelganger describes how some people are highly exposed to radicalisation after extreme public embarrassment, it’s a protective mechanism and a way to divert blame away from themselves. They can believe any old nonsense to save their reputation
