one thing I see is as it's protocol agnostic and doesn't specify the fields, the age_is_over is just an example and every country/union may have their own way of doing it

The sad thing is tho to do that they'd need to walk back the recent changes that allowed multiple Cash ISAs to be funded the same tax year

I think it would follow the same processes as lifetime ISAs, you can transfer LISA to LISA fully, but can only transfer up to £4k from any other ISA type
