Used to live near him as a little kid, him and Sniffer were the first big name footballers I saw in real life and I was in awe at seeing the guys from the poster in my bedroom. A Leeds fan from then, even though I’ve been away for 55 years. RIP Terry

In the absence of ambition, survival is the priority, we just need to be better than three other teams and we’re on track for that. I just hope that if we do survive, there will be a big effort into making us more than a bottom half club

They may not have handled things that great, but we have the most stable and financially solvent owners we’ve had in decades. Def not 49ers out, just needs a bit more focus on us and a bit less on Rangers

Never really achieved the Leeds hero status he deserved, while others around him did, cos at too many key moments he suffered an injury that kept him out for weeks and left us having to rearrange to fill the gap. Eventually the gap wasn’t there and he never got back in, but he was one of our greats
