What to put in here? Errmm, sci-fi nerd, science nerd, reads ancient history and conflict history, my football team stresses me out, expert in stuff that burns or washes away (commercial insurance, not an arsonist!), bad jokes. Anything else - just ask...
Strangely poor service considering that your complaint is basically 'I'm trying to pay you more money than you're asking for because you're not asking for enough.'

And all with a big pointy aeroplane keeping watch over everything from it's shelf......

Ask your relative to add you as an Authorised Person for them at their GPs surgery. That way you'll be able to make calls and appointments for them, and possibly get them set up for online services which you can manage. Just done that with my dad; he's amazed by how much faster things get done.

Little bit of filler as it's a hole and not just a mark. Get it as smooth as you can and let it dry. Rub smooth with some fine grain sandpaper. Wipe dust away and paint over. 👍

Buildings insurance is usually included but Contents is generally your responsibility. No doubt you're on top of things, but if Contents are included in the service charge, check the cover carefully and make sure it's giving you want you want. Stand-alone Contents cover is dirt cheap to buy online.

Floor area is easy - measure the size of the sofa and map it out on the floor with newspaper so you can visualise how much space it will fill.

Beyond that, just pay to have it delivered. They're the experts in this, tight corners are their problem, and they'll be responsible for any damage caused.

Well, you did post asking people to pick the bed they liked best!

And you're a homeowner now, so it's probably going to be skint daddy for a while! 😂

It'll feel like somewhere you're just staying for a while. Takes time for somewhere to become home.

(And don't feel shy about dropping an Amazon Wishlist in case oomfs are feeling generous! Just not that big Concorde engine you want - not sure it would fit anyway!)

Postman totally confused as his records showed I'd signed for it the day before. Signature he'd got was nothing like mine...... 🤬

RM24 is rubbish. I had something made a few years ago, RM24 delivering. It got misdirected to a sorting office in Wales (I'm West Midlands). They logged it as delivered to hit their service deadline, I got the delivery email but no parcel. Thought it had been stolen until it turned up a day later.

Sorry, just don't get your current leaning towards Lib Dems....... 🤔

I understand. My cat died a few years ago, he was 15, had him since he was a few weeks old. House feels empty without a cat in it, but can't bring myself to get another one.

No plans for new fish in the new apartment?

With houses, you don't need a mindset. You'll walk into one and immediately feel 'yeah, this is it'. Intuition will tell you when you're home. No idea how it works, but most people who've bought their own property say the same - you'll just know.
