Bhutlah Bubblegum 7-Pot Chocolate Peppers. Estimated 1.5M Scoville. Ate a sliver of a slice and the burn peaked at about 8 minutes, duration 30 minutes. Felt it in my esophagus for 15 minutes, even with 4 spoonfuls of honey!

So while perhaps not “apples to oranges”, you’ve missed addressing squarely DEI, by changing the subject to college admissions policies.
Perhaps you can find an actual employment example where “reverse discrimination” actually occurred. Certainly there must be one to have arrived at your opinion.
