Six months before I was born, Christian "Chairman" Chukwu led Nigeria to our first African Nations Cup win, as our captain.

A month ago, I made this post in The Other Place.
I can widen the question and ask whether the productivity gains from GPU-based AI will translate to carbon emissions reductions that offset/outweigh the output from its data centres.

I'm more willing to bet ("no") on this question than on my first.
