Back from a lovely and relaxing week's break on the other side of the Island.
Drove a hire car for the first time in over a decade. The combination of an automatic handbrake and manual gear change is crazy. I lay awake at night trying to figure out how to do a hill start without rolling backwards.

Today is a rest day.
A chance to recharge and let the day unfold naturally.
I shall let things flow as they come. This spontaneity, with allowance for unplanned moments, feels quite sufficient for now. It’s all about finding balance and respecting the need for rest without rigid structures.
