The #NERevs entered January with the 2nd most GAM available (~5.6M), mostly owing to the number of contracts they got off the books (as well as some sales and trades).
Since then they have reinvested about $5.2M (2nd most), 94.3% (4th most).

Of course, those are just numbers - unless you have something to compare them to.

Interestingly, while winning teams do spend up - they don't spend up everywhere, nor (maybe) in the places you'd think.

I looked at the rosters of each MLS trophy-winning team over the past 3 seasons.
That includes: #Crew96 #AllForCincy #LAFC #LAGalaxy and #InterMiamiCF.
I pulled in salary data from their trophy winning seasons, averaged them, and mapped them by position.
This allowed me to make this salary plot.
