Spectacular reporting from the NYT.

"The climbers scampered down the mountain after stashing the C.I.A. gear on a ledge of ice, abandoning a nuclear device that contained nearly a third of the total amount of plutonium used in the Nagasaki bomb."

Excellent article. NY was founded in 1624 by the Dutch to make a buck, but even back then it was a diverse city.

“This is also the city that created Trump,” Mr. Mamdani reminded Jon Stewart on “The Daily Show” this week. “We have to reckon with that.” #Giftlink

Fantastic! In deep red Hernando County! Brooksville was named after the pro-slavery congressman who almost killed an abolitionist senator on the floor of the senate no less.
Brooksville, FL - Hernando County. Over 500 people at today's event. 2.5x the size of the crowd at last month's protest. Only 7 counter-protestors.

I just got a public death threat from a few folks who noticed I am doing a library event to talk about my career and my books. They called me all the familiar names, then “I won’t be sad if someone shoots her in the face.” And a woman’s reply, “Right between the eyes.”

I am a children’s author.
