Have a look at his record from the Chelsea game onwards and he is clearly out of his depth. We got 5th due to the first ten games. Since then it has been average at best and abysmal at worst. Winning a trophy we were the favourites for is par. When was the last time we were favourites for a trophy?

22 league defeats. 17th in the league. Won a trophy in a competition we can’t compete in. It doesn’t help anyone him staying beyond today. Is out of his depth in the prem.
