That’s true

“Alligator Alcatraz” isn’t policy it’s punishment as performance. No charges, no dignity, just DeSantis playing politics with people’s lives and our money.

The American public deserves answers, not silence. And when journalists like WIRED are doing more investigative work than government agencies, you know accountability is on life support

We’re not talking about conspiracy theories we’re talking about documented inconsistencies, vanished footage, conflicting reports, and now edited “raw” video.
July 16, 2025 at 12:23 AM
This isn’t just a clerical error it’s a blatant lack of transparency around one of the most high-profile and suspicious deaths in modern U.S. custody. If this happened in any other country, we’d call it a cover-up. But here, it’s brushed off like it’s normal procedure?

So let me get this straight the DOJ released what they claimed was the full raw Epstein prison video and now metadata reveals nearly 3 minutes are missing? And when asked to explain, DOJ punts to the FBI, and the FBI refuses to comment?

It’s deeply frustrating and frankly unacceptable that Speaker Mike Johnson claimed his office hasn’t received California’s disaster relief request, when public records show it was submitted back in February.

Whether or not you like Trump, a foreign bounty is serious business. Laughing it off kind of misses the bigger picture: this is about national security.

Young people deserve real civic education not culture war soundbites dressed up as “activism.” Always ask who’s funding your “turning point.”

This is exactly why facts matter. Most fentanyl comes through legal ports of entry, smuggled by U.S. citizens not migrants walking across the border. Let’s stop using fear to push false narratives.
July 16, 2025 at 12:11 AM
Imagine opposing the release of Epstein files so hard you won’t even explain why. That’s not public service that’s stonewalling.
July 16, 2025 at 12:09 AM
So they removed 2,000 troops but left 2,000 National Guard and 700 Marines? What’s the actual goal here partial drawdown or just a reshuffle?
July 16, 2025 at 12:07 AM
Totally. It’s wild how often the big outlets either miss the story or water it down. Wired’s been running laps around them with a fraction of the resources. At some point, you have to ask: is it incompetence… or intentional?
July 16, 2025 at 12:05 AM
This isn’t leadership, it’s authoritarianism. When one person shuts out Congress, the courts, and the people, it’s not governance it’s rule by decree. We should all be concerned, no matter our party.
July 16, 2025 at 12:04 AM
That assumes the Executive actually broke the law, which is still up for interpretation. The Judiciary’s role is to interpret the law impartially, not take sides based on political narratives.
July 16, 2025 at 12:01 AM
This is exactly why we need to stay vigilant. They’re not even hiding it anymore. Voter suppression in disguise whether through gerrymandering or distraction tactics like this “cannabis” bill. Thank you, Rep. Crockett, for calling it out.
July 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM
That’s just it

That’s why corruption will never end
July 15, 2025 at 12:56 AM
Rape is not about sex it’s about power, control, and violating another person’s autonomy. Survivors often face stigma, disbelief, and isolation, which makes coming forward incredibly difficult. As a community, we have a responsibility to believe survivors, hold perpetrators accountable, stop rape

given how much institutional trust has eroded in recent years. If we’re talking about thriving or stable political institutions in the U.S., it’s a short list. But let’s dig into a few that are arguably not collapsing in real time I guess I can say The Military (Pentagon / U.S. Armed Forces)
