He acted with disrespect that demonstrated lack of appreciation for what I offered him in the meetup, which is the opposite of what an unemployed person should do to get a job.

It is unfortunate that he took me for granted instead of assuming a humble attitude considering that he is unemployed.

It is extra bad that he said "shut up" to me, the event organizer, when in fact I have been generous enough to give Martin a platform to advertise his Software Development skills through a presentation given he is currently jobless.

Saying "shut up" is disrespectful counterproductive conduct that is not acceptable in any professional environment or professional events (like the Montreal.rb bar outings).
