Creativity. It’s wins out over hate. It’s allows you to flush your demons away - even if only temporarily. I’d surmise creativity lives near the same part of your brain that love exists. Perhaps that’s the limbic system; I am not certain, I slept through that class. It wasn’t musical enough.

One of the great things about letting go (out of the comfort zone) is that it enables you to experience how other people hear your music. You witness how quickly or carefully they engage with it. Also, u get to play a dope vintage bass guitar!

I have to re-learn how to stop doomscrolling and take a doomwalk. When I do that I’ll remember to stop n take a picture of something that isn’t horrifying. I thought about firing up doom2, but then I’d be doomscrolling … again.
