Let that sink in… ineffective practice hurts perception and products of studying. What if, and hear me out, we encouraged voice reflection, drawing, and other forms of media that learners find useful?
I believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion wholeheartedly. Does it help that I’ve lived in highly diverse parts of our country? You bet. Does it help that my employer, school district, and family all share values around diversity, equity, and inclusion? Yes indeed.

Fresh spring rolls are the best. I just made a dozen and have already eaten four. Lettuce, carrot, rice noodles, spring onion, pork sausage, shrimp, cilantro, and Thai basil. Sauce of hoisin, sweet chili, soy, and peanuts.
