A most enjoyable and informative day representing @SJACymru at the Dyfed Powys Local Resilience Forum at the Voluntary Sector Capabilities day held at @DyfedPowys It’s amazing to see & hear what other Voluntary organisations can do in terms of resilience and capability.

Ooo how Iv missed belting out a note or two - I really enjoyed this evenings Choral Evensong and singing some amazing music 🎶 there is something special about singing Choral music and being uplifted and in such a beautiful and special place. 🙏🏻

Reat in Peace Faithful Servant, Hugh Thomas GCStJ, former Prior for the Priory of Wales, and a Bailiff Grand Cross of the Order of St John - who has sadly been promoted to Glory.

It was lovely to catch up with our amazing MP Ann Davies - Caerfyrddin who attended the Sports Awards straight from getting off the train from Westminster. Diolch Ann am yr holl waith anhygoel yr ydych yn ei wneud ar ein rhan.

One of the many joys of being a Town Councillor is being inspired by so many people, this evening I had the pleasure of attending the @TrefCaerfyrddin Sports awards, listening to the citations of our well deserved recipients was truly amazing, llongyfarchiadau.

It’s a Graduation kinda day…. Who’d have ever thought that this Dysfunctional Dyslexic would become a BSc in Adult Nursing, massive love and thanks to everyone who has been there encouraging me, guiding me and supporting me your amazing 🤩
So now … onwards and upwards.
