I was wondering about her as well. But I just saw her on Sam Mewis' YouTube and she had a little bit of a hesitant speaking style. I wonder if she would interview well. Sometimes a very good coach may have trouble convincing owners that she is the one to turn things around.

It has to do with the amount that utilities pay for the excess electricity (over what is used in the home) generated by solar customers. It has gone from a payment at retail rates to the utilities getting the excess electricity almost for free.

This article misstates the controversy that is the subject of this decision. It is not a matter of electricity rates being raised or lowered for customers who install solar.
