This little goofball kept trying to chew the stem of a squash my girlfriend had grown, so I tore it off for her. Thunder was carrying it in her mouth like a tiny dog with a comically oversized bone that made me laugh too hard to get more pictures than these 😂

This is the face of a hardened CRIMINAL.
Thunder jumped up to where I keep her treats (plain shredded wheat cereal), then on top the cereal box, dug into the bag, grabbed a WHOLE SQUARE, stuffed it in her mouth, and then nearly escaped with it!
I let her keep it, but I clearly have raised a thief 🤣

Holy heck, Thunder is such an adorable ball of fluff. She popcorns herself around the room so quickly that she looks like a fuzzy little cannonball a lot of the time. 😂

Thunder's big sister Icy left her some pretty big shoes to fill, but lucky for Thunder, chinchillas have much bigger feet than hamsters, and she's sure gonna try 🥹💖

My partner and I laid Icy to rest this afternoon in her flower garden, under a blueberry bush that Icy enjoyed many a treat from. We gave her a nice soft bed and surrounded her with treats and lots and lots of sunflower seeds. Sleep well, my sweet little bean, I love you and I'll never forget you. 💖
