The replies to this are kinda scary. "Judges don't care about legal scholarship" gets interpreted as "we can't possibly have influence," rather than "what we're writing isn't geared for influence."
I've said this before, but the fact that legal academia (especially at top schools) has significantly turned away from concern with doctrine—in helping judges figure out how to resolve hard cases—creates an opportunity for those lawprofs who want to have actual influence on how law develops.

I’m pretty skeptical about harm reduction measures (methadone, Suboxone etc.) and other “shortcuts” …

But it really seems that Ozempic might be a miracle cure for many. I’m hearing this not just from labcoats but from addicts themselves. Amazing. www.health.com/could-ozempi...
