When utterly rebuilding my bathroom, a few years ago, it was recommended to me to leave a plastic skeletal hand under the bath, in the far corner. The poor sucker who rips it out in the early 2040s is in for a shock.

Mum died during early COVID. Getting a 'mere' Death Certificate was horrendous: seriously hard work. Could I get POA approved? No I could not. HSBC bank were utter bastards.
...Total nightmare.
