It still doesn't back up your argument....how many of those rapes were by white men? Either put the full data up or just be racist...at least be honest.

I'm in a tiny village outside of Tomar...but the whole area is getting inundated with non-Portuguese particularly Americans. They don't integrate and I stay away from them as I'm an immigrant wanting to feel a part of the local community not like someone on holiday.

I live in Portugal and feel very welcome here. But I don't live in a tourist area and haven't caused the rents to rise and non-availability of homes for the local Portuguese. If I did then maybe I wouldn't feel so welcomed

I'm a Brit living in Portugal and I'm definitely an immigrant...most decent people here are happy to say they are and stay clear of people who call themselves expats

As a Brit ( though living in Portugal) it is heartening to see demonstrations...I have seen very little criticism of this new "government" from Americans. I do hope this grows and is given the press coverage it deserves...but somehow I doubt it will get through.
