It's a shame because Clive Lewis is far and away the most suitable Labour MP to be PM. I really think if the left had coalesced around him rather than RLB in 2020, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now.

Would be a real shame to see them lose their seats. Really hope they do join the greens, but if not I hope the greens stand down in those constituencies.

And without that argument, what have they actually got?

Of course they don't - classic divide and rule. Pretend they're on the side of the white working class so that the working class see one another as their enemies, rather than the real enemy - the likes of the people who own the telegraph.

Important thing is we have a good succession plan in place. Good stride's made in Europe this season, whenever Brendan goes we need someone who can carry that on rather than having to start again as seemed to happen when he came back.

Coming across now better than the Labour right; concerned not about what you can achieve but about having your people in power. All Greens should be delighted at disillusioned socialists seeing the Greens as a means to shift politics to the left.
