Interesting point, is it theft or fraud to take sick pay (or benefits) when you are not sick? Many people ‘pull a sickie’ are they criminals?
I guess the answer is a very simple yes they are.
The problem would be of course proving it, and who should be the relevant agency to deal?

So if I have this right, the super power that Russia is meant to be is unable to defeat Ukraine, so has to call on other countries to help provide troops and calls foul of Western support of arms to Ukraine. I am skeptical if Russia is even a super power anymore, jus simply a mineral rich country?
