ALSO been thinkin about the “great American Westerns” and Killers of the Flower Moon. Safe to say now, Killers is decidedly NOT a western. Ain't even a revisionist or anti-western. In it's shadow, the Western myth is a completely false notion to the point of being anti-matter.

Watched My Darling Clementine. Maybe the purest American Western? Also, with Ford, black and white is the thing, man. Every frame is just the GREATEST b&w you’ve ever seen.
