Great views of Barn Owl at #uptonwarren as it flew around the North Moors, over the car park and headed north along A38 field edge, back across North Moors, across the causeway and then south along west edge of Moors...

Not much about at Moors #uptonwarren today... small numbers of Gadwall, Teal, Tufted and Shoveler...at least 213 Lapwing, a couple of Shelduck and a few winter thrushes over the North Moors

Two and half mile trek around The Devils Spittleful with Mrs A to try and increase my strength... not much about apart from a couple of Whitethroat, but enjoyable despite the heat... tried the Running Horse pub, no beer!!...so had to settle for a cider
