One more, shortly after completing the Eden raid I started looking into attempting my first Ultimate-difficulty raid (Ultima Weapon).
Took a while, plus a rather long break, and a place in a static group, but very proud to have done this.

Folks just need to be more honest about their prog really. Some people who have them completed are usually happy to help, specially if the person is close to a clear.
