“Is it even worth creating content anymore?”

❌ Stop = you vanish from search
❌ Old way = £600 & 8 hours per blog post
❌ Mass AI junk = you blend into the noise

There’s 1 way left:

Content worth reading — faster, cheaper, still 100% in your voice.

Sounds impossible? Here’s how 👇

I run a 7-figure business.
And no, I don’t work 12-hour days—at least not all the time.
You don’t have to grind yourself into the ground to be serious about your work.
Sustainability > nonstop hustle.

We didn’t have money when we started. We didn’t have everything perfect either.
But we found ways to move forward—sometimes scrappy, always honest.
If you're stuck trying to get it all right, remember: progress > perfection.

Literally hate the word "synergy". Had it 3x in my inbox this morning.

If you're still doing the work before getting paid, you're taking all the risk.
I started with 50/50, now I ask for 100% upfront—and most clients still say yes.
Confidence matters more than over-explaining. Say it early. Then shut up.

We got sued by an employee who lied about getting injured at work.
He said it happened near our cardboard skip—the only place with no CCTV.
We didn’t believe him, but we lost.

Why?

Because we didn’t have a risk assessment… for the skip.
HR feels pointless—until it costs you thousands.

The hardest part of business isn’t starting.

It’s saying no.

No to nightmare clients.
No to distracting features.
No to tempting detours.

Growth isn’t just speed.

It’s knowing when to stop.

If I could change one thing, I’d take the boring paperwork seriously.

Skipped HR docs, shareholder agreements, risk assessments — thought I was being agile.

But when things went sideways, nothing protected me.

“Move fast and break things” hurts when you have to clean up the mess.

A new client once asked:

“How do we get 100,000 visitors a month like X?”
I replied:

“By not acting like X until we earn it.”
Vanity is expensive. Relevance is profitable.

We don’t raise prices for fun.

We raise them when:
– Our costs go up
– Our value increases
– Our competitors lag behind

We’ve also dropped prices when it made sense.

Price should reflect reality.
Not ego.

The biggest bottleneck in my business?

Me.

I touch too much.
I slow things down.

I need to step back.

Not because I’m lazy.

But because growth needs space.

I’ve started 3 businesses.

1) One in a boring niche (roller shutters) because SEO made it print money.

2) One for freedom (SEO freelancing) because I wanted to work from anywhere.

3) One from the tools we built to solve our own problems.

None of them were planned.

They just… made sense.

Most of what gets called “hustle” today is just grifting in disguise.

The difference?
Hustlers build. Grifters extract.

If someone’s only successful at telling you how to be successful…
They’re not a hustler.
They’re the problem.

I used to spend 45 minutes writing follow-up sales emails.
Now it takes 5.

Better still: My close rate jumped from 50% to 90%.

Here's the exact ChatGPT workflow that changed my sales game 👇

Most businesses don’t fail because of bad ideas.
They fail because of:

– Confused priorities
– Poor documentation
– No one knowing what the hell is going on when you’re sick
June 16, 2025 at 9:25 AM
Are you impulsive or bad with details?
I am. And that’s exactly why I built a 7-figure SaaS.

No market research.
No overthinking.
Just “let’s build this.”

Impulsiveness isn’t a flaw — it’s a launch button.

I’ve never met a smart marketer who wasn’t curious.

Curiosity scales better than any funnel hack.

It’s the difference between shouting louder and saying something worth listening to.

My business plan:

☑️ Make something useful
☑️ Charge a sane amount
☑️ Stay consistent
☑️ Avoid sociopaths (genuinely. Read “5 types of people who can ruin your life”to avoid these)

It’s not very “10x.” But it works.

One fake Stripe transaction costs us $25.
100 fake trials? That’s $2,500 gone.
And yes, that’s happened.
SaaS security isn’t optional. It’s financial survival.

Working from home sounds great until you’re deep-cleaning your toaster at 11am instead of working.

My weird productivity hacks (that actually work):
– Rotate headphones like they’re outfits
– Change rooms like I’m on a house tour
– Race myself with an app called Blitzit

Got any strange ones? LMK👇

🚨 Our tool picked up the Trump vs Musk feud before it hit keyword tools like SEMrush.

Why?
We track real-time trends — Reddit, YouTube, Google autosuggest — not stale databases.

Zero volume ≠ zero interest.

AI summarisation tools don’t pull from one source.
They pull from patterns.
If your message isn’t echoed across the web, it might as well not exist.

Someone will always abuse your free trial.
