Honestly I'm not sure if it's worse if they knew or if they didn't. It seems like the secretary of defense should know something about war crimes.

don't forget Crimea. Just because they've had it longer doesn't mean it shouldn't at least get to decide what it wants.

It is nice to have one golden age author I can read without having to overlook something.
